Cookie Policy

What cookies are

A cookie is a text file saved in the browser of the computer or mobile device of a visitor to the website of Open Joint Stock Company «Minsk Agroservice», UNP 690654790, address: 223056, Minsk District, Yubileyny settlement, ul. Kommunalnaya, 4a (https://minskagroservis.by) to record the actions performed during the visit. This file means you do not have to re-enter or re-select the same settings on your next visit, such as the language version.

Cookies are processed to make the site convenient for visitors and to improve how it works. We do not pass cookies to third parties and do not use them to identify personal data subjects.

Types of files

  • functional: keep the site running and remember your choices; they are set in response to your actions;
  • statistical: show which pages are opened most often so we can improve the site.

What is stored and for how long

  • your choice in the consent banner (functional), kept for up to 180 days;
  • a mark that the scroll hint has already been shown (functional), kept for up to 180 days;
  • service files of the content management system (functional), some last only for the visit, the rest up to one year;
  • language version choice (functional), kept for up to one year;
  • the map on the «Contacts» page and in the site footer: map tiles are served by the OpenStreetMap project, so when the map is shown your browser contacts its server, which sees your IP address. The map sets no cookies. The map script loads only when the map scrolls into view;
  • visitor counters, if they are connected. These files belong to their owners and the data goes to their servers, so counters are enabled only after your consent and kept for up to one year.

How to opt out

Visitors can accept or reject all cookies processed on the site, except the necessary ones. The site works correctly only with the necessary functional files. If you disable them, you may need to choose your settings and language version again.

Disabling statistical cookies prevents us from understanding visitor preferences, including the most and least popular pages, and from improving the site.

Besides the settings on the site, you can accept or reject all or some cookies in your browser settings. Some browsers let you visit sites in incognito mode to limit the information stored and delete session files automatically. Previously saved cookies are deleted via the browser history.

Withdrawing cookie consent

Consent to statistical cookies is withdrawn without a letter: delete the site's files in your browser settings and the consent banner will appear again, or click «Reject» the next time the banner appears. After you opt out, counters do not run.

Opting out changes nothing for you: the catalogue, machine pages and request form work the same whatever you choose. Statistical cookies are only for us, and only to understand which pages people read.
