KR-2.7

The KR-2.7 rotary mower is designed for topping crop residues, levelling molehills and aerating the field surface. The KR-2.7 gives a fine cut and even spreading, so pastures regrow quickly and uniformly.

The KR-2.7 mower is fitted with floating swing-back blades that fold back on impact with hard objects. These blades protect the tractor driveline.

The large gap between the blades and the frame allows good mixing and spreading of the material.

The helical rotation of the blades gives multiple cuts. Deflectors spread the chopped grass.

The mower skids allow cutting height adjustment from 30 to 170 mm, using the bolts provided on the skids.

Protective chains are fitted at the front and rear of the mower to guard against thrown objects.

The mower is attached to the tractor three-point linkage. The top link stays floating during work, so the mower follows the ground contour.

The mower is driven from the tractor PTO at 540 rpm. The rotors are driven through belt drives, which gives the rotors extra protection.
